Design Review & Height Amendment to replace the existing County Courthouse with a new downtown building.

PCC Opportunity Center
Adjustments to Zoning Code standards to allow the redevelopment of Portland Community College's Metro Center into a modern facility and the first building in Portland guided by Design Justice principles.

Marylhurst Commons
Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Zone Change to the former Marylhurst University campus to allow the new Mercy Greenbrae affordable housing development to be added to the site. (Image: Carleton Hart Architecture)

Oak Lodge Library
Conditional Use and Design Review to redevelop the historic Concord Elementary School site into a new library, community center and park for Clackamas County.

OHSU West Campus Master Plan
Development Plan approval for a major expansion of the campus facility and approval of subsequent Design Reviews for construction of the first phases of this plan.

Cedar Crossing
Environmental Review for a restoration project by the Bureau of Environmental Service to improve habitat, flood storage and flow in a portion of Johnson Creek just below the Cedar Crossing covered bridge.

Oaks Amusement Park
Nonconforming Situation Review and River Review for the historical amusement park located on the banks of the Willamette River. Approved plans include improvements to the existing buildings and grounds and building a new administrative building for staff.

Holgate Library
Conditional Use to redevelop and expand the existing Holgate Library branch for Multnomah County Library. The new library building tripled the size of the facility and added outdoor facilities and parking to the site.

Design Review approval to construct a new 97 unit apartment building in the heart of downtown Gresham across from the beloved Arts Plaza.
